Fixtures
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fixtures app and related website (together, the "Service"), published by Macrosolid Inc in conjunction with Rainier Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Fixtures for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems or data without permission, or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
Fixtures provides match, team, player, standings, venue, and related sports information for convenience and reference. This information may be supplied by third-party data providers, hosting providers, or other sources. We work to keep the Service useful and accurate, but sports data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or contain errors.
The Service is not intended for betting, gambling, wagering, or financial decision-making. Win probability, match status, statistics, and other app content are estimates or reference information only and should not be treated as advice or a guarantee of any outcome.
Fixtures is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football governing body, association, league, team, tournament organizer, venue, player, or broadcaster. Names, logos, trademarks, images, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners and may be used for identification, reference, or informational purposes.
Fixtures does not require an account to use the app. Some features may depend on your device, operating system, network connection, Apple services, iCloud, push notifications, Live Activities, or other platform features. We are not responsible for failures or limitations caused by those services or by your device settings.
Except for third-party content, the Service, including its design, software, text, and original materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Fixtures handles information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macrosolid Inc, Rainier Labs LLC, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
