Fixtures
This policy explains how the Fixtures app ("the App", "we", "us"), published by Macrosolid Inc, handles information. We built Fixtures to need as little of your data as possible: no account, no sign-in, no advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking.
Your favorite teams and players, an optional display name, and your in-app preferences are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, this information is synced across your own devices using Apple's iCloud key-value storage. It is tied to your Apple ID and your iCloud account - it is not sent to or stored on our servers, and we cannot read it.
Match data. The App requests match, team, player, and standings data from our servers. These requests are made over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Like most internet services, our servers may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify you or build a profile, and we do not link them to any personal identity.
Live Activities (lock screen / Dynamic Island). If your device supports Live Activities and you have a live match showing, the App may register a push token with our servers. A push token is a device-specific identifier issued by Apple that lets us deliver live score updates to that activity. We use it only to deliver those updates, we do not link it to your identity, we do not use it for tracking, and it is discarded when it expires or the activity ends.
We rely on Apple for iCloud sync and for delivering push updates through the Apple Push Notification service. Your use of those features is also governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Match, team, and player information is supplied by third-party sports-data providers. Player images and other app media may be loaded from our servers or hosting providers. This content is factual reference information, is not used to track you, and may be delayed or contain errors.
Fixtures is a general-audience app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we don't hold an account or personal profile for you, there is no personal data on our side to access, correct, or delete. You can remove the on-device and iCloud-synced data at any time by clearing your favorites in the App or deleting the App. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights regarding personal data; you can contact us at the address below with any request.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
